Jira Service Desk Administrator
I need to set up a service desk for my team using Jira Service Desk. I plan to configure and brand the customer portal. I will also create queues and SLAs for the service desk, link the service desk to a knowledge base, add participants to the service desk, and automate common tasks.
I rely on the Jira Administrator at my company to help me with the bigger part of Jira administration, such as setting up users, groups, schemes, workflows, etc. I don't do all of that (yet, anyway)
