Team training packages are designed to get the main members of your teams – admins, super users and team leads – trained all at once so they can plan, collaborate and focus on their needs together. Team training is offered either Onsite or Virtually. If your whole team is local, we can send an instructor to your location (Onsite). If your team is distributed, we can host sessions live online via WebEx (Virtual). In Team sessions, the instructor is able to address team-specific questions.
We also realize that people may want to take additional courses, or you may need to get new members up to speed. So these packages include additional Training Credits, which allows anyone on your team to register for any Atlassian University course in any format – On Demand, Public, or Team – for 12 months after purchase. Important accounting note: The entire package must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. As a courtesy, we send reminder notifications at 6 months, 3 months and 1 month before the expiration date if you still have unused credits.
