All purchases made at training.atlassian.com must be paid via credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit cards are the only accepted method of payment in the Atlassian University Training Portal. Purchase Orders, checks or ACH* are not accepted.
Training Credit accounts are like buying an Atlassian University gift card. Put any balance on it to start, and give yourself and your team the flexibility to pick and choose their own mixtures of courses and delivery formats. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or until the entire credit balance is redeemed (whichever is sooner). Get a 20% discount for bulk purchases of 20,000 credits or more ($16,000 USD).
Team Training Packages
If you know you'll need a lot of training over the coming year but you're not sure which courses your teams need, take a look at the training packages we've assembled. They're designed to get the main members of your teams – admins, super users and team leads – trained all at once so they can plan, collaborate and focus on their needs together. The packages include additional Training Credits, so anyone on your team can register for any Atlassian University course in any format – On Demand, Public, or Team. Discounts and extra goodies are also bundled into the packages.
Best way to purchase On Demand courses
On Demand courses are available immediately and expire 30 days from the time of purchase (without exception). So, if you're not sure when you'll be able to start your class, click HERE to buy the course with training credits! While it requires an additional step for you to log into our training portal to manually start your class, it's worth it if you'd prefer the flexibility of pausing the 30 day clock until you're ready to begin. Training credits, unlike On Demand courses, are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
You may purchase vouchers for ACP Certification exams using an acceptable credit card or Training Credits. Read these important considerations on this page before making a voucher purchase. The advantage of purchasing on this site as opposed to through our Certification site is that you can combine it with your other training items and you can use Training Credits toward voucher purchases.
