What Our Clients Are Saying

For an intro course, the content was appropriate. Amanda did a great job trying to get the attendees to participate and stay engaged. The process for attendees to prepare to take the course (Cloudshare, Lab, Registration at Atlassian, WebEx) was difficult to navigate. Several attendees reported that they created their Atlassian account, downloaded the course documentation and then later were unable to log in to the Atlassian site. When they attempted to have their passwords reset, no emails were received with instructions.

As the LAB WORKBOOK is only in English, which is not my mother thongue, there not enough time to complete the exercises.

This course gave me a detailed breakdown on the features that Jira offers and how to implement them into my projects.
Overall, I thought the class was good an informative. The one compliant I would have is that the training materials and lab exercises were based upon (significantly) older versions of Confluence (training: 5.5.3, us: 6.10.1), JIRA ((training: 6.2.4, us: 7.7.0) and Bitbucket (training: Stash 3.1.1, us: Bitbucket 5.10.0) than we are currently using. I would improve the rating to a '5' if the systems used were more current.
